ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE
By using this site or by clicking “I agree” to this Agreement, you (“User”) signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Agreement please do not use this site and do not click “I agree”. Please check this Agreement periodically for changes as the owner of this site (“Company” – Digital Freedom Movement) reserves the right to revise this Agreement. In the event of a change to this Agreement, your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of such changes. The Company (Digital Freedom Movement) reserves the right to terminate a User’s use of this site at any time without notice and may do so for any breach of this Agreement.
YOU MUST BE OVER 18 OR OLDER TO AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT AND USE THIS SITE
This Agreement must be completed, understood and agreed to by a person over 18. If a parent or guardian wishes to permit a person under 18 to access this site, he or she should email the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) with his or her explicit permission and acceptance of full legal responsibility. If you are not yet 18 or are accessing this site from any country where this material is prohibited, please exit now as you do not have proper authorization.
LICENSE TO USE THIS SITE
Upon your agreement, Company (Digital Freedom Movement) hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use this site in strict accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement. You agree not to make any false or fraudulent statements as you use this site. You acknowledge and agree that all content and services available on this site are property of the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws, in the U.S. and internationally. All rights not expressly granted herein are fully reserved by the Company (Digital Freedom Movement), its advertisers and licensors. You agree to pay for any and all purchases and services using your name and credit card through this Site, not to challenge any such charges and to pay for all collections and/or attorney’s fees resulting from any non-payment.
LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
Use
Except as may be explicitly permitted, you agree not to save, download, cut and paste, sell, license, rent, lease, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from materials from this site. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, database or directory without written permission from the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) is prohibited. In addition, the use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Agreement is prohibited.
Security
You agree that if you are issued a Username and Password by the Company, you shall use your best efforts to prevent access to this site through your Username and Password by anyone other than yourself, including but not limited to, keeping such information strictly confidential, notifying the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) immediately if you discover loss or access to such information by an unauthorized party and by using a secure Username and Password not easily guessed by a third party.
You agree that you shall not try to reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, disassemble, translate or otherwise alter any executable code, contents or materials on or received via this site. You understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that the Company shall pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and the rights of its other licensors.
Export
You agree that you shall comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of this site, or materials or services received through this site, and, in particular, you shall not export or re-export anything on or received through this site in violation of local or foreign export laws and/or without all required U.S. and foreign government licenses.
Government Use
If you are a branch or agency of the U.S. Government, the following provision applies. This site, code, contents, services and accompanying documentation are comprised of “commercial computer software” and “commercial computer software documentation” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (SEPT 1995) and are provided to the Government (i) for acquisitions by or on behalf of civilian agencies, consistent with the policy set forth in 48 C.F.R. 12.212; or (ii) for acquisitions by or on behalf of units of the Department of Defense, consistent with the policies set forth in 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 (JUN 1995) and 227.7202-3 (JUN 1995). Errors and Corrections
While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on our Site, we do not warrant or represent that the Site will be error-free. Data entry errors or other technical problems may sometimes result in inaccurate information being shown. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or typographical errors on our Site, including pricing and availability of products and services, and shall have no liability for such errors. We may also make improvements and/or changes to the Site’s features, functionality, or content at any time. USER’S LICENSE GRANT TO SITE
Except with regard to personal information, all information which you post on this site or communicate to the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) through this site (collectively “Submissions”) shall forever be the property of the Company (Digital Freedom Movement). The Company (Digital Freedom Movement) shall not treat any submission as confidential and shall not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Company services or products. Without copy, the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) shall have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to any Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright. You hereby represent and warrant that your Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
USER CONDUCT
By using features of this site that allow you to post or otherwise transmit information to or through this site, or which may be seen by other users, you agree that you shall not upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content – including text, communications, video, software, images, sounds, data, or other information – that:

- Unauthorized reporting or blogging about information obtained while being a “USER” of the “COMPANY” (Digital Freedom Movement) in both a positive or negative member.
You also agree that you shall not harvest or collect information about the users of this site or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic email or communications for any other commercial purpose of your own or a third party.
You further agree that you shall not solicit or collect information, or attempt to induce any physical contact with, anyone 18 years old or younger without appropriate parental consent.
This site generally does not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of this site. However, this site and its agents have the right, at their sole discretion, to remove any content that, in this site’s sole judgment, does not comply with the Site Submission Rules or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall the Company (Digital Freedom Movement), advertisers and/or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use, this site. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the Company (Digital Freedom Movement), advertisers and/or its licensors have been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the Company (Digital Freedom Movement), advertisers and/or its respective licensors’ liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law of your jurisdiction.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company (Digital Freedom Movement), its advertisers, licensors, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your use of this site, or any services, information or products from this site, or any violation of this Agreement. The Company (Digital Freedom Movement) reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate with the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) in asserting any available defenses.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Company (Digital Freedom Movement) may suspend or terminate this Agreement or User’s use immediately upon receipt of any notice which alleges that User has used this site for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal or law of other nations, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene or pornographic, that may harass or assault other, that may violate hacking or other criminal regulations of its agent, officers, directors, contractors or employees. In such event, Company (Digital Freedom Movement) may disclose the User’s identity and a subpoena or other legal action, and Company (Digital Freedom Movement) shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and User agrees not to bring any action or claim against Company (Digital Freedom Movement) for such disclosure.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
This site (excluding third party linked sites) is controlled by the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) from its offices within the Langley, British Columbia of Canada. It can be accessed from all 13 provinces and territories as well as from other countries around the world to the extent permitted by the site. As each of these places has laws that may differ from British Columbia, by accessing this site, both you and the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) agree that the statutes and laws of British Columbia shall apply to any actions or claims arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or your use of this site, without regards to conflicts of laws principles thereof. You and the Company (Digital Freedom Movement) also agree and hereby submit to the filing of any claim only in the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of British Columbia and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English. The Company (Digital Freedom Movement) makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement incorporates by reference the Site Submission Rules if this site allows posting and posts such Rules. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties related to the subject matter thereof, supersedes any prior or contemporaneous (oral, written or electronic) agreement between the parties and shall not be changed except by written agreement signed by an officer of the Company (Digital Freedom Movement). If any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by law are held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall not be affected, and this Agreement as much as possible under applicable law shall continue in full force and effect as if such unenforceable provision had never constituted a part hereof and the unenforceable provision shall be automatically amended so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable provision within the limits of applicable law.
This site reserves the right to revise these provisions at its discretion, so check back from time to time to be sure you are complying with the current version.
Terms on Installment or Financing Payment Plans
When you choose to enroll using our installment or financing options on any of our courses you are agreeing to take out a loan from Digital Freedom Movement to pay in completion. We are giving you our services and products in advance for your use without holding anything from you when your initial payment is processed to enroll in our course. That being said you are still liable to pay the remaining two payments to finish the loan even if you choose to quit paying the monthly subscription payment prior to this.
Our installment option and our financing option are loans not subscriptions. They will be treated as such.
When choosing to use these options you are not eligible for our refund policy. This voids you from being able to use that feature of our terms and conditions as stated in the policy.
Terms of Monthly Subscription
Digital Freedom Movement markets online training for anyone from any walk of life can use to help better their lives and businesses. Customers who purchase a membership will be subsequently enrolled in a monthly subscription of $39 to receive the products only for their own personal, non-commercial use. The monthly subscription is not refundable.
Payment Methods; Automatic Monthly Membership Renewals and Membership Cancellation Policy
Digital Freedom Movement accepts various Payment Methods. You agree to pay all fees charged to your account based on Digital Freedom Movement’s fees, charges, and billing terms in effect as shown on the payment page upon your first Subscription purchase. You also authorize Digital Freedom Movement or the third party payment processing service provider that we engage to charge your Payment Method for any such taxes and fees. All payments shall be made by your selected Payment Method in advance prior to enrollment. If you do not pay on time or if your Payment Method cannot be charged for any reason, Digital Freedom Movement reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your subscription and terminate these Terms of Service. All sales and payments will be in US dollars. Digital Freedom Movement also reserves the right to continue to charge your selected method of payment until you cancel your subscription. We are not liable for any charges you receive due to you not canceling your services with Digital Freedom Movement.
Digital Freedom Movement and Digital Freedom Movement’s third party payment service provider may receive updated Payment Method information from your credit card or payment method issuer. The disbursement of the updated Payment Method information is provided to Digital Freedom Movement and Digital Freedom Movement’s third party payment service provider at the election of your credit card and payment method issuer. Neither Digital Freedom Movement and Digital Freedom Movement ‘s third party payment service provider is responsible for the distribution of your credit card or payment method information. It is at the sole election of your credit card or payment method issuer. Your credit card or payment method issuer may give you the right to opt out of the update service. It is your responsibility to contact your credit card or payment method issuer with regards to your right to opt out of the update service.
If at any time you do not pay or can not be charged your monthly subscription fee your account will be immediately suspended. You can pay your normal ($39) monthly subscription. at any time and this will restore all courses previously purchased and your affiliate rights.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONSUMER:
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE EACH MONTH. Digital Freedom Movement will automatically renew your Subscription on each monthly anniversary date of the Subscription and, as authorized by you by checking the box demonstrating your consent for automatic monthly renewal of your Subscription during the checkout process, we will charge your Payment Method with the applicable Subscription cost Each Membership renewal period is for one month.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can renew your subscription at any time as previously stated. If canceled you concede any rights to receive any previous affiliate commission, potential contest or incentive, and other profit that could be potentially outstanding at the time.
If you have purchased any upsell of a lifetime membership or a year membership and would like to cancel prior to the end of the term there are no refunds on that or a pro-rated return on the purchase.
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription at any time you can email administration at info@digitalfreedommovement.com and they will confirm your account details to cancel your account. The day and time of your original email will be the start of your cancellation process and open a window to give us any needed information so we can cancel your subscription. If any payment is taken within that 7 day window we will refund you it immediately when we have the adequate information to do so. If you do not answer us within the 7 day window then the cancellation process will start again on your next communication to info@digitalfreedommovement.com.
*** The financing or installments are not a subscription you can cancel as they are not a subscription at all. It is a loan you took out instead of paying the full payment on the initial date. You have to finish the full three payments and that plan will stop at that time.
30 Day Refund Policy
To be eligible for our 30 day money back policy you must complete or comply with all of the following:
1. Contact Digital Freedom Movement through email @ info@digitalfreedommovement.com within 30 days of purchasing our Freedom Elite course
2. Have gone through our precourse and booked a coaching call with one of our coaches and completed the call
3. Join discord and ask a minimum of 2 questions. Take screenshots of the questions and submit them to info@digitalfreedommovement.com. These questions need to be asked prior to the start of the refund process.
4. Completed at least the first two sections of our training (Set up of your freedom & the upgrade and optimization phase) as well was finished with a passing result on all of the tests at the end of the modules.
5. Spent $75 or more on lead campaign advertisements through the Facebook Ads platform we teach on within the 30 day period of time after purchasing our course. This Facebook receipt needs to be emailed showing your ad spend, date and campaign type to info@digitalfreedommovement.com
If you have not completed and complied with all five of the previously mentioned items in this policy then you are not eligible for any sort of refund or money back. This is a non-negotiable condition of purchase and once you have completed the payment process you give up all rights to receive a return on your money unless completed and comply with our policy.
**** Individuals purchasing our course while using our financing or installments option are not eligible for this policy.
Affiliate Payout Policies
Any sale of Digital Freedom Movement services will have a payout of 33% off the original sale only. No affiliate commission is paid on the monthly subscription. These payments are paid out on the 1st of every month in full through Paypal. You are liable to have an active Paypal account and the correct email put into your own back office.
If you have any issues with receiving payment and it is deemed due to your negligence you are liable for any costs (example: having an incorrect Paypal email or not activating your Paypal account). You can report issues to info@digitalfreedommovement.com. You have until the 5th of the month to report the issue before you give up rights to the commissions.
Affiliate cookies are tracked for 13 weeks. After 13 weeks of sending an affiliate link, the cookies are no longer activated. You will no longer be rewarded for any sales that happen with that initial prospect and if they do interact with another person that is marketing DFM as an affiliate it will be passed over to them. Commissions will always be paid out to the affiliate that the prospect has been coded to for the longest period of time unless it passes the 13 week period.
If you are still conversing with your prospect after the 13 week period you would have to resend your affiliate link to them or your affiliate purchase link when the customer is ready to purchase a course. Once the link is resent the cookies will reactivate and it will be your prospect once again.
If for any reason a prospect purchases any of Digital Freedom Movements courses and you believe you should have been rewarded an affiliate commission and have not been you need to reach out to Digital Freedom Movement within 5 days after their purchase. You need to reach out to info@digitalfreedommovement.com with a description of why you believe they are your affiliate and you should be rewarded a commission.
If at anytime one of your referrals refunds their enrollment in one of the Digital Freedom Movement’s products your affiliate commission becomes void and will not be paid out. If you have received a commission for a referral previously and they refund their enrollment or dispute their purchase you will be liable for this. Your next commission payout will be reduced by what you have been paid out for that has been refunded or disputed. You will be informed of this through email on the email that is attached to your account.
